The quality and variety of Scotland's fishing is quite breathtaking. The very nature of the land allows you to fish some of the best waters in the world, surrounded by the most magnificent scenery in the world. The Scottish Highlands and Perthshire offer some of the finest river and loch fishing and scenery in Scotland,. with Tay salmon fishing renowned the world over. Why not enjoy it to the full in the company of our expert head ghillie Ian Nelson?

Ian is well known throughout the Scottish fishing community. A fully qualified ghillie, he is an expert on fishing, and an excellent teacher of his craft. All the ghillies we employ in various locations are under his supervision.

A local expert, who knows particular stretches of water in his ‘local’, he will be able to guide you to the best spots. He is your own personal guide while fishing. He will be happy to provide you with any assistance that you may need, including rowing boats, offering advice on which flies to use, showing you the best places to fish as well as giving casting tuition if required. With Ian as your guide, you are assured of expert assistance.

As well as expertly looking after our fishing guests and anglers of all grades and skills, he will give invaluable help to the many beginners who try their hand each year.

Safety is vital and the guidance of your ghillie must be followed at all times. Their knowledge of the water is infallible and they will not only increase your chance of a catch, but also provide some expert advice. Life jackets are provided by us for boat fishing.
